Pink Cow was born from a simple observation: Special education teachers spend too much time on paperwork and not enough time with students. We're here to change that.
Our Story
Hi, I'm Daniel Pinkowski (Pink Cow, get it?!) and while I'm a third generation teacher I'm also a member of the smart phone generation. We've learned to do EVERYTHING on our phones because they are fast, accurate, and convenient.
I truly love being a Special Education teacher and I have the greatest students. But the paperwork and data collection can take forever and it takes time away from teaching the kids and working with my incredible paras and ESPs. I had the idea of building a system to make it easier to do data collection, remember important dates, and capture key moments for communicating with parents. And that is how we came up with Pink Cow: a tool for SpEd Teachers, by SpEd Teachers (and a helpful dad with some free time). Its a tool and a system that is custom built for us.
